1	recognise at least three common words from daily life and use them to obtain information or make choices, eg choosing from a menu, in familiar community settings	Summary sheet

3	read or sight read at least two emergency signs or symbols, idenitfying the main meaning of each and any actions that need to be taken	Summary sheet
4	role play making simple requests, asking questions and responding to requests and questions in community settings on at least two occasions	Summary sheet
shown knowledge of
