This specification is being replaced by a new one for first teaching from September 2009.

This pilot examination is available for first Double Award certification in June 2007. The pilot scheme has a restricted entry and centres wishing to participate must apply to AQA for permission to do so.

Further to discussions with QCA, this pilot examination has been extended to 2010. The last double award for this specification will be made in June 2010. This pilot scheme has a restricted entry and is only available to those centres that have registered and received approval from AQA to deliver the course.
