In successfully completing this unit, the learner will have	Evidence needed
shown knowledge of 1. at least two basic principles of gears	Summary sheet and/or student completed work

3. the relationship between gears and robotics	Summary sheet and/or student completed work
demonstrated the ability to 4. build a simple gear train using cardboard, paper or other materials	Summary sheet and/or student completed work
5. identify one use of robotics in the outside world.	Summary sheet and/or student completed work
