8. complete at least one short piece of writing in character as a fictional passenger, eg a letter or a postcard home

9. complete one extended piece of writing in character as a fictional passenger who retells the events on the night the Titanic hit the iceberg

10. watch and discuss the James Cameron film 'Titanic'.
